The management reserves the right to make changes enroute or omit any place to visit if becomes necessary.
Shopping: Tourists are at liberty to make purchases from anywhere they like. The company does not take any responsibility for their purchases and does not recommend any particular shop.
Management reserves the right to change the seating capacity of the coach, as per the number of bookings. The vehicle can be changed from a Coach to smaller vehicle like Tempo Traveller/ Toyota Innova Crysta / Swift Dzire.
Transport charges between Manali - Rohtang Pass and Travel by Pony (horse) or Doli, Helicopter and other incidentals from Gauri Kund to Kedarnath / Janaki Chetti to Yamunotri / Katra to Vaishno Devi / Kufri to Snow Point and back are not included in the tour fare.
In Hill Stations like Mussoorie and Pilgrim centers like Badrinath Kedarnath & Gangotri - Yamunotri, only smaller Coaches are allowed to ply in these regions on account of restrictions for Hill Fitness. We are operating 27 seater coaches to these places. Seats of last row in some of our 27 seater coaches (i.e., from Seat No. 23 to 27) will not have push back facility.
Please purchase entrance tickets from the monuments / Museums directly. Free entrance for children below 15 years.
Kindly adhere to the time schedule announced by our Tour Guide / Driver at every point to ensure covering of all places. If you happen to miss the Coach/Vehicle, you will have to make your own arrangements to reach the next sight-seeing spot/point.
Conveyance charges from the Coach alighting point to Monuments / Hotels and other places where the tourist Coaches cannot ply due to the traffic regulations / conditions, are to be borne by the tourists.
Air Conditions (A.C.) in the vehicle means, cooling will be provided in summers on the plain areas and A.C. will not function on hilly roads due to technical reasons.
No Food will be supplied at Kedarnath, Yamunotri and Vaishno Devi as our Catering units cannot reach these places. You have to take food in the hotel at your own cost at these three places. If the vehicle is held up due to landslides or any other reason enroute the tour, food and accommodation is to be borne by the tourists.
Tourist should carry their luggage in our Coaches at own risk and responsibility. Panicker's Travel do not hold any responsibility for loss of luggage in the Coaches and throughout the tour.
The package tour mentioned in this Brochure do not include hotel accommodation, food and other incidentals at Delhi. All our Coaches will start from our Head Office Karol Bagh. New Delhi to different destinations in respect of North India tours and will come back to Delhi, after completion of the tour.
Triple sharing rooms are not larger than twin sharing rooms and third bed is (often a roll -away-mattress on floor) put in Double bedded room.
As per the Government directive, Tourist are requested to provide their photo identity documents such as Driving License/Voter ID Card/Pass Port at the point of the check in the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.
Important Information
Panicker's Travel will not be responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings and the contents therein (including any valuables) during stay at Hotels & during the journey.
Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages and money/valuable belongings.
Beware of Bogus Agents. Do not be misguided by unwanted persons at the Railway Stations/Airports. If any information/assistance required please "Dial Yourself" and contact our phone 110.011-47000111, 9717299127.
No refund will be made in case of Mechanical trouble to the vehicle enroute or landslide or any other reason beyond the control of Panicker's Travel.
Cancellations:
All services such as hotel accommodation & transportation are pre blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors / independent Contractors / Restaurants/ Hotels / or any company which we use for providing you services if these services are released within a mentioned time frame
If the passenger has to cancel the tour due to any reasons they have to make an application in writing to that effect, along with the original receipt issued by the company. Such cancellations will attract cancellation charges as given below.
CANCELLATION RULES - Cancellation charges are applicable on Total cost
Cancellation Charges of Tour No. 1 to Tour No.6
- 10%: 96 hours prior to the departure of the bus
- 25%: 72 hours prior to the departure of the bus
- 50%: 24 hours prior to the departure of the bus
- 100% Less than 24 hours prior to the departure of the bus
Cancellation Charges of Tour No.7 to Tour No.16
- 25%: 168 hours prior to the departure of the bus
- 50%: 96 hours prior to the departure of the bus
- 100%: 72 hours prior to the departure of the bus
